1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or using our services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Recognize Designs LLC provides digital marketing services and systems for local businesses including website setup, CRM configuration, automated messaging, online booking, and related services.
3. SMS Communications
When you provide your phone number and consent to receive SMS messages you agree to the following:

- You are the authorized user of the phone number provided
- You consent to receive service-related text messages from businesses powered by Recognize Designs LLC
- Message frequency varies based on your service interactions
- Message and data rates may apply
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message
- Reply HELP for assistance
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Payment Terms
Setup fees are due in full before work begins. Monthly retainer fees are billed on a recurring basis on the same date each month. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

- Providing accurate business information
- Maintaining their Google Business Profile
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Complying with all applicable laws in their business operations
6. Intellectual Property
All website designs, templates, and marketing systems created by Recognize Designs LLC remain the intellectual property of Recognize Designs LLC until paid in full. Upon full payment, the client owns their custom website content.
7. Limitation of Liability
Recognize Designs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the prior 30 days.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Client data will be retained for 30 days after termination and then deleted unless otherwise requested.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
